Usage and application:

The pulse dust collector is widely used for dust collection during crushing, packing, lifting, conveying and other process producing powders.Its application includes cement plant,powder washing plant,etc.

Working principle:

The dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet of the air box of the dust collector (the 32 series enters from the ash hopper) and is turned to the ash hopper through the inclined baffle. At the same time, the airflow speed becomes slow. The fine dust particles are folded upwards into the filter room with the airflow, and the dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper clean room. It is collected by the sub-clean rooms and passed through the air outlet. The main fan of the dust collection system Aspirate and discharge into the atmosphere.

Feature:
