Usage and application:

The air-swept coal mill is an ideal pulverized coal processing equipment capable of both grinding and drying. It has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection. The fineness of the pulverized coal is more than 85% through a 200-mesh screen, and the moisture content is less than 2%. It is an ideal equipment for pulverizing coal used in industrial furnaces, rotary kilns, etc.

Working principle:

The feeding equipment feeds the raw coal into the chute of the feeding device. While the material is sliding down, the hot air with a temperature of about 300°C also enters the mill through the air inlet pipe to dry the raw coal; the raw coal enters the shell through the feeding screw. In the shell body, there is a certain number of grinding balls in the warehouse. Due to the rotation of the cylinder, the lining will bring the grinding balls to a certain height, and then use the impact energy and friction energy when falling to crush and grind the raw coal. At the same time of crushing and grinding, a special induced draft fan passes through the discharging device of the mill to suck the ground fine powder together with the used hot air out of the mill, The mixture of fine powder and hot air passes through a special classifier. The classifier selects the unqualified coarse powder, and then sends it back to the mill for re-grinding.
